What is a VPS/VDS?

It's an isolated virtual machine on our physical server with guaranteed resources. You get root access, your own IP and full freedom to configure it — like your own machine, but with no hardware to worry about.

Is there a trial period?

Yes. Any server can be taken for 24 hours with a full refund if the configuration doesn't suit you. With hourly billing the test costs a few cents.

Which operating systems are available?

Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS Stream, AlmaLinux, Rocky, Arch, Alpine and Windows Server 2019/2022. You can upload your own ISO or deploy a ready-made image with Docker, Nginx or Node.js.

Can I upgrade the plan later?

Yes, an upgrade is available in the panel at any time: add vCPU, memory or disk, the server reboots, and your data and IP address stay the same. There is no need to move to another server.

Will you help migrate my project?

Moving a site or a server from another provider is free. An engineer agrees on a window, transfers the data, sets up the environment and checks everything before the DNS switch.

How do I reach support?

Chat in the control panel, tickets and email support@tenzet.example — around the clock. For critical incidents there is an escalation button to the on-duty engineer.
